Introducing BerryAlbums

We have partnered with GraphiStudio to begin offering custom design and layout of Albums for non-berryphotos brides as well as for other photographers around the country and around the world who simply would rather spend more time behind the lens and less time in front of the computer.

Thursday was baby day at Berryphotos. Little Abby is already starting to sit if propt up a bit and we got a ton of great shots. She even posed with some 'serious' looks. Model in the making!

Jackson was SO amazing! He just wouldn't stop smiling at the camera. He was laughing and looking. Just perfect!!!

Pictures are great, but when presented properly such as in a video, an album or framed it can really take on a whole new feel. Getting just the pictures on a CD is like getting a head of lettuce, a tomatoe and an onion. It's not a salad until you start playing with it.

Berryphotos hit the streets of NYC

We just got back from a three day trip to NYC. Our album company GraphiStudio was hosting a seminar and presenting their new design software. We've been beta testing it for a while now. Too often those presenting it didn't know how to use it and Katie had to raise her hand so much to explain how it worked that the audience insisted she get up there and teach for about 30 minutes!

We had a fun time going around the city getting some fun and unique shots. This Animoto software is also pretty cool. We'll probably end up purchasing it and using it for shorts here and there.

Amanda and Peter's Wedding

Amanda and Peter planned their day so well. In the event of rain they had rented this amazing mansion in Providence, but still built in time for pictures in the park as well. We were not rushed at all because there were about two hours between the ceremony and the cocktail hour - so we got a ton of great shots. We really had fun with different lighting techniques and got some very dramatic pictures.

I'll get a slide show together and post the galleries later this week I'm posting this from an iPhone in NYC and can't really add more right now, but wanted to at least get these few up on the blog. I love these shots!

Saoirse's Baby Portraits

This morning we had the delightful pleasure to photograph Saoirse. She is full of personality and was a joy to be with. Saoire was the perfect little model for us!

Welcome baby Michael

This past weekend we had a great opportunity to take some pictures of newborn Michael Junior. We were in the hospital room about 40 hours after he was born to get some great shots of him.

This is something we haven't really advertised so much, but we really love doing. It's not expensive - call us if you're pregnant!

Julie and PJ Hannon's Wedding

Julie and PJ celebrated a beautiful wedding at the Fairmont Copley Plaza. I've been waiting a long time to get in there and unfortunately I don't have the ability to necessarily choose the venues I work in all the time. This place is gorgeous and offers so much for photography.

Allison and Tony's Engagement Session

Allison and Tony finally lucked out with the weather after having to reschedule twice due to rain. This time the rain held off until the final picture was taken! We got some fun shots at the War Memorial Park in West Bridgewater MA.
